When do I get paid?
After your event ends plus a short hold (about 3-5 days), your net is available to withdraw from the Payouts tab to your bank. The hold protects everyone against refunds and chargebacks.
What about free events?
Free. Always. Registrations, QR check-in and the scanner app included, no fee.
Can I switch plans?
Upgrade from individual to organizer anytime - your events, sales and payout history come with you.
