Live Ticket, no screenshots
Turn on Live mode and each attendee's QR refreshes on a timer, so a screenshot or forwarded photo is worthless within seconds. Signed and single-use, it validates offline at the gate. High-risk events can require the live ticket and reject printouts outright.
Roles & teams
Add your finance lead, door crew and support staff with their own logins, and tick exactly which sections each one can touch. Two-factor is enforced within a short grace window, and every invite is verified by email. Platform admins get the same, org-wide.
Safe resale
Can't make it? Resell at face value through DOT TIX. The buyer gets a brand-new QR, the seller's old one is voided instantly, and the money moves through the platform. No touts, no WhatsApp scams, no duplicate tickets at the door.
