My phone died at the gate. Now what?Tickets
Gate staff can look you up by name or order code and check you in manually with ID. The scanner app works offline, so a dead network never blocks entry either.
Which payment methods work?Payments
Cards, bank transfer and USSD across Paystack, Flutterwave and Zenith GlobalPay. Smart routing picks the healthiest gateway; you can override it at checkout.
My card was declined but the hold is ticking.Payments
Your tickets stay held for the full 10 minutes (30 for transfers). Switch gateway or method and retry - nothing was charged on the decline.
Was I charged twice?Payments
Gateways occasionally hold a duplicate authorisation that auto-reverses within 24h. If two captured charges show after that, submit a ticket - we refund the duplicate same day.
The event was cancelled. Where is my money?Refunds
Automatic refund to your original payment method, usually within 3–5 business days depending on your bank. No action needed.
I can't attend anymore. Can I get a refund?Refunds
Request one from your ticket - the organizer decides within 48 hours per their policy. If refunds are closed, transferring to a friend is always free.
How fast are payouts?Sellers
Request anytime from your dashboard; most land same day. Gross minus one flat fee (5% + ₦100 individual, 3.5% + ₦100 organizer), straight to your saved bank account.
Can my team scan without my login?Sellers
Yes - create scanner staff in your dashboard. Each gets their own pair code for the scanner app, scoped to your events, revocable in one tap.
