How necessary, analytics and marketing technologies work - and how people control them.

1. Who uses these technologies

DOT360 Network, trading as DOT TIX (DOT TIX, we, us or our), uses these technologies on https://tix.dot360.co and related DOT TIX web or app services. Contact privacy@dot360.co with questions.

2. What they are

A cookie is a small text file stored by a browser. Local storage keeps limited information on a device, including requested preferences, saved events or temporary offline data. Pixels, tags and software development kits can record when a page, message or feature is viewed or used. In this Policy, cookies includes these similar technologies where the rules are the same.

3. Our categories

Necessary	Authentication, security, fraud prevention, checkout holds, ticket access, offline scanning, load balancing, accessibility, country or currency preference, requested saved-event or onboarding state, and saving a consent choice. Analytics	Measure page use, searches, checkout or gate drop-off, device type, performance and errors so we can improve the Platform.	Off until you consent. You may reject or withdraw at any time.
Marketing	Measure campaign attribution, remember relevant interests, support presale or event promotion and, where enabled, build or measure advertising audiences.	Off until you consent. You may reject or withdraw at any time.

 

4. Current functional register

Cookie names can change when a provider or security control is updated. Available browser or consent settings may display the current names. The functions and maximum durations used by DOT TIX are:

Payment-gateway checkout	Necessary third party	Set by Paystack, Flutterwave or Zenith GlobalPay for the payment session and fraud or compliance period described in its notice.

5. Consent and optional technologies

Necessary technologies operate automatically because the Platform cannot provide the requested account, checkout, ticket or security functions without them. Optional analytics and marketing technologies remain off until any consent required by law has been obtained. Where optional categories are offered, the consent control will allow you to accept them or continue with essential technologies only. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent ticket purchase or account access.

If we introduce a materially different purpose or provider that requires consent, we will update the settings and request a fresh choice before activating it.

6. Change or withdraw your choice

Where a Cookie settings control is displayed, use it to change or withdraw an optional choice. You may also clear site data for dot360.co in your browser or contact privacy@dot360.co. Withdrawal stops future optional collection; it does not invalidate processing that occurred before withdrawal.

7. Third parties

Payment providers may set their own necessary cookies inside or around checkout to authenticate the transaction, prevent fraud and remember transaction state. If optional analytics or advertising providers are enabled, the consent information will identify the relevant categories and provider information will be made available where required. A third party controls its own cookies when it determines an independent purpose.

8. Browser controls and do-not-track signals

Browsers can block, delete or limit cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may break sign-in, checkout, ticket delivery, saved preferences or offline scanner synchronization. Because do-not-track signals are not yet interpreted consistently, use any DOT TIX consent control that is available or your browser controls; where a legally recognized opt-out signal applies, we will honor it.

9. Personal data and rights

Cookie data may be personal data when linked to a device, account or order. The Privacy Policy explains lawful bases, sharing, retention, international transfers and rights, including access, objection, deletion and withdrawal of consent.

10. Changes and contact
